Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Professional Statement
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 11+ years of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults through anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and major life transitions — with a warm, inclusive, whole-person approach.
About Me
I’m a PMHNP with over 11 years of experience in hospital and outpatient settings, working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in medication management, individual and group therapy — supporting patients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, sleep issues, and mood challenges.
I strive to provide individualized and comprehensive care, considering the ways in which your physical health, family history, culture, and personal values impact your mental health and fit your treatment goals.
I hold a Women’s Health certification, am pursuing pediatric mental health certification, and belong to The Menopause Society, NAPNAP, and the Maryland Academy of Advanced Practice Clinicians.
My practice is inclusive of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and neurotypes, with a neurodivergence-affirming approach to care.
Patients describe me as warm, knowledgeable, and curious about the people I work with. Before suggesting management options, I take my time to learn about your history and goals so that we can develop your treatment team collaboratively.
